Shipping Charges:

A flat rate fee, per item, is charged. The rate will vary from $1.95 to $14.95 depending upon the item ordered. All items in your order will be packaged together and shipped, not charged and shipped separately.

Mail Order customers must carry the order through online just as if you would be placing it with a credit card. This will give you the correct shipping charge. The $1.50 handling fee is not imposed on mail orders. Please clear your order from the shopping cart after you complete the mail order form with the required information.

Forms of Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. If ordering via the mail order form, we accept Money Orders or Personal/Business Checks. All checks must clear the bank before an order will be processed. Please keep in mind that this will prolong your order processing and delivery time.

Order Processing:

Once your credit card is processed and funds are transferred (usually within 72 hours), your order will be fulfilled. You may expect to receive your online order within 14 business days, following funds transfer, on shipments within the continental US. Please remember UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Mail orders are processed once the personal/business check clears the bank. This may delay the fulfillment of the order for up to 7 days.

International orders may take up to 30 days for the arrival of the order. International customers are responsible for all custom fees, duties or other fees that may be imposed by your delivery location administrator or other local government entities. Before placing an order, please refer to your country’s customs and international shipping rules regarding the import of products.
