A. Every product you buy from this website or catalog must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement or full refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

B. You must contact us at 972-682-0388 PRIOR to returning the item(s). Item must be returned in its original container and like packaging. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the return within 5 days of your notification to us.

C. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.

A. We reserve the right to update model designs or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this website or catalog are actual photos of the products available at the time of posting/printing. Any updated version may be substituted at a later date.

B. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box.

C. Although we proofread diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

PRODUCT DEFECT: Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but in the rare instance of a defect, please call us at 972-682-0388 within 24hr. of receipt of your order for further directions on returning the products. Either replacement or full refund is given minus the shipping/handling charges. Failure to notify us within 24 hours WILL VOID any replacements or refunds. We track every shipment so we know the exact time and date of each delivery.
